You are cordially invited to attend the first of NOLA Green Roots’ Dinner Series. From the bounty of a late Summer’s harvest, Chef Eman Loubier of Dante’s Kitchen has crafted a seasonal feast. Come support Nola Green Roots while enjoying the hand crafted specialties of one of New Orleans top chefs.
Set as a three course family style extravaganza, Chef Loubier opens with house made pickles and accompaniments, seasonal greens, a boudin rouge, and mussels provencal. Our second course offers something to tempt every palate including fresh redfish with crabmeat and soft herbs, grilled petit filet mignon, and confit pork steaks, accompanied by seasonal vegetables, stone ground grits, and caramelized mashed potatoes. Chef Loubier finishes with a selection of his famous desserts. Red and white wine will be served throughout the meal.
